As a holistic wellness educator for women surrounding pregnancy and a mama of 3 myself - I know what it's like to be paralyzed when receiving the news that you're growing a tiny human. There is fear and anxiety and excitement and confusion. Everyone seems to have a recommendation, an opinion and you don't know who to follow.

MORE - I have focused my graduate research on the expecting mama and stress. I have completed 200hours of yoga teacher training with a heavy focus on prenatal safety & support and I have experienced 5 pregnancies - and know the pain and suffering of 2 miscarriages among them. But more importantly, I feel called to help women through pregnancy in any capacity I can - I work with women 1:1 on fertility, prenatal wellness and the postpartum period as well as in group settings (read more about them HERE).
